No, the device is equipped with only the authorized pre-loaded apps. It is securely configured, restricting any possibility of rebooting or exiting.

No, at this time we do not offer the option to install apps not pre-installed on the device. Our development team are working on adding this feature in the near future.

If you wish to suggest an app to be added, please email us at info@thektab.com and we will add it to the review pipeline. 

You cannot uninstall any app on the device yourself. However, you can email our support team at help@thektab.com and we will gladly assist you with the matter.

If you are already enrolled in the ACP program, you may transfer your benefits to receive this program. However, please note that if you have already claimed a free device from the ACP, you will not be eligible for another free device.

The ACP program allows for one device per household. The ACP defines a household as follows: A household is a group of people who live together and share income and expenses, even if they are not related to each other. However, if you live with a roommate or are an adult and do not share income and expenses, you may be eligible for more than one device.
